The situation EchoDepth typically enters

Research that keeps misleading

Your focus groups, surveys, or moderated interviews produce results that don't match what happens at market, in culture, or in clinical practice.

Data you can't act on

You have research data but the gap between what it says and what you need to decide is too large. You need insight, not more data.

Risk before launch

You need to validate an idea, product, or campaign before committing to launch — quickly, without building a new research infrastructure.

All engagements begin with a 30-minute discovery call — no commitment required.

Proof of Concept

You send the data. We analyse and deliver.

Bring us your existing research data — culture survey open-text responses, research session recordings, exit interview transcripts, or concept test data. We run the EchoDepth emotional analysis layer against it and deliver a structured report. You see exactly what EchoDepth surfaces on your own data, with no infrastructure investment or platform setup required.

  • Emotional scoring applied to your existing data — no new sessions required
  • Culture survey open-text analysis with VAD output, ECI, masked dissatisfaction flags
  • Research session analysis — concept test, interview, or ethnographic data
  • Text-emotion divergence report: where stated and felt response diverge
  • Themed risk register: emotional valence by topic area
  • A specific finding and recommendation anchored in the emotional data
  • Delivered as a PDF report, typically within five working days of data receipt
  • No platform login, no technical setup — data in, report out

Right for: Teams evaluating what EchoDepth surfaces on their own data before committing further. Organisations that already have culture survey or research data and want a one-off emotional intelligence layer on it. Research agencies building a proposal that includes emotional AI methodology. Clients who need internal sign-off before adopting a new tool.

Consultancy & Development

Ad-hoc analysis, training & system integration

Project-based work with no minimum commitment. Covers three use cases: ad-hoc data analysis (you send data, we deliver a report — same model as the POC but for ongoing one-off requests); researcher and leadership training (interpreting VAD output, culture report methodology, emotional AI study design); and development work (embedding EchoDepth into existing research platforms, CRMs, or internal tools).

  • Ad-hoc data analysis: you send your data, we deliver an EchoDepth report — project by project, no subscription
  • Training: researcher and analyst training on VAD output interpretation, culture report methodology, emotional AI study design
  • Board workshops: culture report interpretation sessions for senior leadership and board teams
  • Development: EchoDepth API integration into existing research platforms, CRMs, or internal tooling
  • Retrospective analysis: emotional AI applied to historical culture survey or research data you already hold
  • Billed by project scope or day rate — agreed in writing before any work begins

Right for: Organisations that have data already and want a one-off emotional analysis without committing to a subscription.

The EchoDepth difference

Data → information → knowledge you can act on.

Most research tools stop at the data. EchoDepth goes further — translating raw emotional signal into structured insight and then into specific, actionable recommendations your team can implement. We are data experts: we can ingest and analyse whatever data you already hold, not just data generated inside the platform.

Research agencies that want EchoDepth capability project by project. Internal teams that need training on emotional AI outputs. Technology and product teams building EchoDepth into an existing platform.

Getting started

From first call to first insight in four steps.

Every engagement — regardless of model — follows the same onboarding path. The discovery call is the only step that costs nothing and commits nothing.

EchoDepth Insight live research session — participant video with real-time emotion timeline and top emotions breakdown. The platform that powers every EchoDepth engagement.

The EchoDepth platform in a live remote session — what your participants and research team see.

1

30-minute discovery call

We understand your research challenge, your existing methodology, and your organisational context. You understand how EchoDepth works and whether it fits. At the end of the call, we agree a specific next step — or agree it is not the right fit. No pitch deck, no follow-up pressure.

2

Scope and agreement

For a POC: we agree the research question, participant scope, and deliverable. For annual subscription: we agree the session quota, reporting cadence, and support model. For consultancy: we agree the project definition, deliverable, and timeline. A short agreement is signed — no lengthy procurement process.

3

Technical onboarding

API credentials, participant briefing materials, consent flows, and session configuration. Typically completed within five to ten working days of agreement. For culture survey analysis, onboarding takes less than 24 hours — you upload the data, we begin scoring. No new tooling required on your side.

4

Research, delivery, and review

Sessions run remotely. Reports are delivered within agreed turnaround times. For annual subscribers, a quarterly review tracks what has changed emotionally across your research programmes — and whether the findings are shifting decisions. Every deliverable is structured for the audience that matters: researcher, brand team, or board.

Common questions

Questions about working with EchoDepth Insight.

What is included in the proof-of-concept?
API access, full technical onboarding, a defined research question agreed at the outset, an agreed number of participant sessions, a session report with VAD timeline output, and a comparison against self-report data from the same sessions. At the end of three months, you have a working integration and a documented finding — not just a demo.
Do we need to change our existing survey tools to use EchoDepth?
No. EchoDepth is additive — it works alongside your existing research methodology and tooling. For culture survey analysis, you upload the open-text responses; for product research, participants join a secure browser session without installing anything. The only change to your workflow is the addition of the EchoDepth analysis layer and the delivery of the report.
We have an existing research platform. Can EchoDepth be integrated into it?
Yes. The consultancy and development engagement specifically covers this. EchoDepth provides a full API for integration into existing research platforms, CRMs, or internal tools. Integration projects are scoped individually — the timeline and cost depend on the complexity of the target system and the depth of integration required.
We already have culture survey data from previous periods. Can EchoDepth analyse it retrospectively?
Yes — this is one of the most common ad-hoc consultancy requests. If you have open-text survey responses from previous culture surveys or exit interviews, EchoDepth can apply the emotional scoring layer retrospectively and produce a risk register, theme analysis, and valence report from historical data. This can be delivered as a standalone project without any ongoing subscription.
How long does onboarding take?
Technical onboarding is typically five to ten working days following a signed agreement. For culture survey text analysis, onboarding takes less than 24 hours — you provide the data, we configure the analysis. First sessions or reports can begin immediately after setup is complete.
